The order form consists of four sections: Order Type, Investor Information, Order Detail, and Other Information. The input fields on the order form are self-explanatory.


It's important to note that only the underwriter assigned to the pipeline will have both "Pool" and "Fixed" options enabled under the Order Type section. For all other users, only the "Pool" order option will be accessible. In other words, if you are not the designated underwriter for that specific IPO, you will not have the ability to place a "Fixed" order.
